JULAR is dedicated to the design, development, fabrication, and assembly of timber structures, as well as the sawmilling, transformation and marketing of timber and construction materials, through physical stores and the online store.
The collection and processing of your data is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract for the purchase and sale of products or services, exclusively between the Client and JULAR, or for the performance of actions prior to your request (sending a proposal, commercial service, technical visit to construction sites or similar).
Your identification data, contact data, billing data, website navigation data, as well as those that are strictly necessary for the provision of products and services or the provision of requested information, will be entered and processed in a business management software - ERP and CRM, which produces all the accounting documents associated with the purchase and sale contract.
As part of the accounting and tax process inherent to the purchase and sale contract, your data will be kept for a period of ten years, in accordance with the legal requirements currently in force.
1.2. Marketing - newsletters
A form for subscribing to the newsletter is available on the JULAR website, where consent is given for the use of the data for this purpose.
Your data will be entered and processed in a management platform - Campaign Monitor (www.campaignmonitor.com), which generates data and produces an automated file that is owned by JULAR, for statistical and monitoring and improvement procedures.
