Swood Concept is a new line of engineered wooden flooring offered by Jular. It is a new concept of bespoke artisanal flooring, catering to individual styles and adapted to the specificities of each project.

Differentiating patterns and customized pieces.

Swood Concept wood flooring stands out for the immense diversity and pattern variability, where the customer is their own designer.

Chevron, Herringbone, Dutch Pattern, Versailles, or combinations of different widths, in mosaics and geometric sets that define current trends in interior decoration.

Selected Finishes

Finishes are applied to the flooring based on the customer's personalized choice, with the option to incorporate oil, wax, or lacquer in various shades and tones.

There are also other finishes based on surface texture, like brushed or scratched.

For installation on public spaces or high wared areas, it is also possible to add an extra layer of lacquer achieving a superior resistance.

Swood Concept can be installed in any indoor space (even in bathrooms), not only as flooring but also as wall paneling.

There are also available profiles, skirting boards and accessories to match floors.

Floors with real wood

Swood Concept Flooring can be made of two layers (birch plywood base + top layer of hardwood). or with three layers (hardwood + plywood + hardwood).

The hardwood top layer can vary between 4 and 6 mm thick, total between 11 and 16 mm. The planks show superb dimensions, with lengths reaching 3 meters!

The array of available widths is diverse, also varying depending on the different product ranges.

Other dimensions can be made on customer specific request.

Some of the available references in oak and American walnut have certification from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) or the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC).
